Package the item securely and return it to the designated address.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will process a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

For returns not related to quality issues: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
For returns due to quality issues or incorrect items: We will cover the shipping costs.
